If you don't like what we sent you, let us know. We'll immediately
issue a replacement, or merchandise credit for any product in
new unwashed, unworn condition. The buyer is responsible for
all shipping costs to us, and back to you.

Size You Want To Exchange For.
Exchanges
for a different style, size or color, not due to a manufacturing
defect, or an order processing error, will incur normal shipping
charges
when the product is reshipped to you. We will notify you with
the cost
before you ship back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the
cost of
shipping unless there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake
made in processing your order. If the problem is our fault (defective
item
or wrong size of item sent), we will refund your shipping to us
and pay
shipping back to you on the replacement.
Refunds
are not issued, Unless we cannot send an item
due to extended backorder time, or nothing to replace it with.
There is a non-refundable 4% fee when refunds are issued.
If you send an order back to us, or want to cancel your order
after it has been processed, there will be a 45% restocking fee.
We
do recommend that you return products to us with delivery confirmation.
If you purchase insurance, the United States Postal Service will
insure your
package to guard against loss. Once the item is shipped, if something
happens in transit we will be unable to complete the exchange.
